David Klein is best known for his influential travel posters. During the 1950s and 1960s, David Klein designed and illustrated dozens of posters for TWA. This summer we went on vacation to Denmark and Italy. We saw two classic of Modernism: the SAS hotel in Copenhagen (Arne Jacobsen, 1959) and the Pirelli tower in Milan (Gio Ponti, 1959).
Wazoo! We're back! And what better way to start things of then an item on Charley Harper, our illustration hero. Of course y'all got the gigundo Harper overview (Charley Harper-an illustrated life), and these goodies are also in that back-breaking super book.
